As discussed with you under section 30 of the Copyright Act, 1957 Yashraj Films Private Limited & UTV Software Communications Private Limited have duly appointed Novex Communications Private Limited (Novex) as their Authorized Agent with further rights to grant licenses in respect of all audio or audio visual contents of the songs in which copyright vests with them (including upcoming movie songs under their respective flagship).
Further we would like to inform you that that ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited (Zee Music), TIPS Music, EROS Enternational and Shemaroo has transferred and assigned Copyright in the Sound Recording of the Songs contained in the Films in which their Copyright subsist to M/s. Novex Communications Private Limited for the entire territory of India.
With the addition of Zee Music, TIPS Music, EROS Enternational and Shemaroo to our existing catalogue we are pleased to inform you that in every social function, weddings, parties etc. songs from our library get invariably played since we have a movie release every week and we have some extremely interesting line up in 2016.

Sir the situation is really grave and we expect you to appreciate and recognize our right to protect our Principals intellectual property right and we also request you to instruct all your event organiser to honour our rights without further delay and procure our licence.
